Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on BEEPO includes GST (18% on most parts). Your cart, checkout and invoice show the tax separately.
Can I get a GST invoice for my business or school?
Yes. Tick “I need a GST invoice” at checkout and enter your 15-character GSTIN. The invoice is issued in your business name.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2 pm on working days are packed the same day. Delivery takes 2 to 7 days depending on your PIN code.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, on orders up to ₹5,000 at most PIN codes, with a small handling fee shown at checkout.
Why do batteries take longer?
LiPo and Li-ion batteries can only travel by ground, in special packaging. Allow 2 to 3 extra days.
My ESP32 isn't detected by my computer. What do I do?
Use a USB cable that carries data (many charging cables don't), and install the CP2102 or CH340 USB driver for your board.
Can I connect a 5V sensor to an ESP32 or Raspberry Pi?
Power is fine, but a 5V signal into a 3.3V pin can damage it. Use a level shifter or a resistor divider. Product pages warn you about this.
Do I need permission to use a LoRa or radio module?
Radio equipment in India needs WPC approval and must be used on permitted bands and power. Check the rules for your project before transmitting.
Do I need to register my drone?
Under the DGCA Drone Rules 2021, most drones above 250 g need registration on the Digital Sky platform and a remote pilot certificate. Never fly near airports or in red zones.
What if a part arrives dead?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. We replace parts that are dead on arrival. See the returns policy for details.
