Dead on arrival

If a part doesn't work when it arrives, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo or short video and your order ID. We replace it free, or refund it if we're out of stock.

Changed your mind

Unused parts in their original packing can be returned within 7 days. Return shipping is paid by you; we refund the item price once it reaches us.

What can't be returned

• Parts that have been soldered, cut, modified or wired wrongly (for example, a 3.3V board fed 5V)
• Batteries that have been used or charged, for safety reasons
• Wire and cable cut to length
• Software, downloadable guides and gift cards

Refunds

Online payments are refunded to the same method within 5 to 7 working days after approval. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
