What's covered

• All parts: replacement if dead on arrival, reported within 7 days.
• Raspberry Pi, soldering tools and branded modules: the manufacturer's warranty, usually 6 to 12 months, as shown on the product page.

What's not covered

• Damage from wrong wiring, over-voltage, reverse polarity or short circuits
• Physical damage, water damage, burnt or lifted pads from soldering
• Normal wear of motors, connectors and soldering tips

Contact us with your order ID, a photo and a short description. For manufacturer warranty, we help you contact the brand.
